Ingredients:

  • Large champignons
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Arugula
  • Peeled pine nuts
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Do mushrooms "pots", removing the stalk and cutting out the core:
