Spaghetti with duck minced meat and pine nuts

Today, an interesting recipe, which came together completely different flavors and aromas.
Together they will form an extremely harmonious ensemble that will undoubtedly adorn our "Italian" collection.

Ingredients:

  • Duck minced meat, 400 gr.
  • Spaghetti, 200 gr.
  • Red onion, 1 PC.
  • Parmesan, 30 gr.
  • Tomato paste, 45 gr.
  • Red wine vinegar, 20 ml
  • Fennel seeds, 1 gr.
  • Pine nuts, 10 gr.
  • Raisins, 25 gr.
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Bay leaf
  • Parsley
  • Black pepper, salt, olive oil

Onions and garlic clean and cut into small cubes. Fennel seeds chop with a knife. Thyme leaves are separated from the stems. Parsley do the opposite — cut only the stems.

Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan and fry everything on high heat for two minutes.

Add the minced meat and fry for five minutes.

Add vinegar, fry for a minute, add 30 ml of water, tomato paste, Bay leaf, raisins, salt to taste and cook on low heat for six minutes.

On a hot dry pan fry pine nuts.

Boil the spaghetti as indicated on the package, drain the water and serve with minced meat, sprinkled with grated Parmesan and pine nuts.
