Today we have quite a remarkable guest-roll, which is made of two "bird" minced meat. Filling it will serve as a stunning taste and consistency of a mixture of spinach with cream cheese.

Ingredients:
- Chicken meat, 300 gr.
- Turkey minced meat, 500 gr.
- Cream cheese, 140 gr.
- Spinach, 200 gr.
- Flour, 15 gr.
- Butter, 20 gr.
- Garlic
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
In the photo, still ptitim on the side, but it is not necessary - you can cook potatoes)).
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix both minced meat, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Beat on the table or the bottom of the bowl.
Garlic clean, finely chop and fry with butter for half a minute over medium heat.
Add spinach and cook for two minutes.
Add cheese, salt to taste, mix and heat for half a minute.
Put the baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the minced meat:
On top of the filling.
Tightly fold the roll, helping yourself with baking paper and twist the edges.
Top tightly wrap the foil and put in the oven for 25 minutes. Take out and give a rest for five minutes.
