Tongue salad with mushrooms

Today I will tell you about a simple and delicious salad consisting of only four ingredients.

Cooking time: 15 min. + 3 hours for cooking tongue
Number of servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • Beef tongue, 400 gr.
  • Champignons, 200 gr.
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Garlic, 1 clove

Put the tongue in cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for three hours.

While the tongue is cooking, fry the mushrooms:

Drain the boiling water and pour into a pot with tongue ice water. Wait a minute and remove the skin.

Cut the tongue into quite large pieces:

Add to the mushrooms, press the garlic and mix with mayonnaise:
