Ingredients:
- Turkey, fillet, 360 gr.
- Shallots (can be red), 2 PCs.
- Green apples, 2 PCs.
- Potatoes, 600 gr.
- Butter, 40 gr.
- Nutmeg, pinch
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the potatoes, cut into medium pieces, cook in boiling salted water for 25 minutes.
Onions clean and cut into half rings, parsley finely, Turkey medium pieces, apples clean and cut into slices.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the Turkey over high heat for three minutes, and put in a baking dish.
In a pan fry onions over medium heat for a minute.
Add the apples and fry for another five minutes.
Mix half the butter with parsley and nutmeg.
Add onions, apples and oil mixture to the Turkey, salt to taste, mix, cover with foil and send in the oven for 15 minutes.
From a saucepan with boiled potatoes drain the water, the potatoes themselves slightly crush and fry on high heat in the remaining 20 grams of butter for five minutes.
Serve.
