last time we made our own aloe creme. Today I wanna show you how easily you can produce your own liquid soap. Who does their own cosmetics knows exactly what's inside, prevents experiments on animals and boycots quite some companies that definitely deserve it. 😉 Oh, and it's always a perfect gift.
you need
ingredients
- 20-50 g curd soap (depend on it's quality, will be seen through the process)
- 1 tea of your choice
- 1 tbsp oil of your choice
- if you like: a few drops of an essential oil
- if you like: care products of your choice like propolis, aloe juice …
utensils
- grater
- water boiler or a pot of boiling water
- whisk
- bin to mix it all
- soap dispender (just take the one you used last)
preperation
- prepare the tea of your choice
- In the meantime use the grater to rub the soap in little flakes
*Fill those soap flakes into the mixing bin. CAUTION!!! You can take as much as you want at a later time. Start with a small amount, first. - Pour the oil of your choice to it. In my case it's a lemopn balm oil I made myself last summer. Next summer I'll show you how to! 😉
- When the tea is ready, mix it to the oil-soap-mix and stir it.
- now we have to ait until everything has cooled down.
