A new contest in the community of "Cine TV", this time we must make a publication on what is the romantic film that we consider as a favorite, to be honest I'm not a big fan of the romance genre, but I think anyone at one or more times in his life must have seen one or more romantic movies, just this has happened to me that I have seen several and in the cinema, most of these films in the genre called "romantic comedies". There are few films that I have enjoyed of this genre, but I have two that are the ones that I liked the most because it tells a story from another point of view and from those two films I have taken the funniest of the ones I saw in the cinema and that fulfills very well what defines this type of genre.
Un nuevo concurso en la comunidad de "Cine TV", en esta oportunidad debemos realizar una publicación sobre cuál es el film romántico que consideramos como favorito, para ser sincero no soy muy fanático del género del romance, pero creo que cualquiera persona en uno o varios momentos de su vida debe haber visto una o varias películas románticas, justamente esto me ha pasado que obligatoriamente he visto varias y en el cine, mayoría de estas películas dentro del género llamado "comedias románticas". Son pocos los films que he disfrutado de este género, pero tengo dos que son los que más me han gustado porque cuenta una historia desde otro punto de vista y de esas dos películas he tomado la más cómica de las que vi en el cine y que cumple muy bien con lo que define este tipo de género.
Crazy, Stupid, Love
All romantic comedies are always focused on their female protagonist, I think maybe I've seen three movies where they focus on the male protagonist, one if I remember correctly is from a film in the mid 80's and the other two are movies released in 2000, one is "(500) Days of Summer" (2009) and "Crazy, Stupid, Love" (2011), just this must be one of the last romantic movies I've seen in the cinema and I liked it because it has very good actors, good direction and a great story that tells like a man, "Cal Weaver" who thought he had a perfect life, sees how it crumbles when the love of his life, his wife "Emily", asks him to separate after a love story of so many years that has left as proof three children, this makes Cal since the betrayal feel that he has wasted his life and decides to seek other options from the tutelage of the Don Juan "Jacob Palmer", this will create a series of funny situations that at one point will make Cal think if it is right to live a life of casual love affairs or fight to regain what he has always had.
Todas las comedias románticas van siempre enfocadas en su protagonista femenina, creo que tal vez he visto tres películas en dónde se enfocan en el protagonista masculino, una si mal no recuerdo es de un film a mediados de los 80' y las otras dos son películas estrenadas en el 2000, una es "(500) Days of Summer" (2009) y "Crazy, Stupid, Love" (2011), justamente está debe ser una de las últimas películas románticas que he visto en el cine y que me ha gustado porque tiene muy buenos actores, buena dirección y una gran historia que cuenta como un hombre, "Cal Weaver" quien pensaba que tenía una vida perfecta, ve cómo se desmorona cuando el amor de su vida, su esposa "Emily", le pide la separación después de una historia de amor de tantos años que ha dejado como prueba tres hijos, esto hace que Cal desde la traición sienta que ha desaprovechado su vida y decida buscar otras opciones desde la tutela del don Juan "Jacob Palmer", esto creará una serie de divertidas situaciones que en un momento hará pensar a Cal si está bien vivir una vida de amoríos casuales o luchar por recuperar lo que siempre ha tenido.
More than anything about the direction I want to talk about how well written the script of this film is by Dan Fogelman, currently known for working in the series "This is Us" and in "Only Murders un the Building" which I consider one of the best comedies of 2021; in this movie I really like the story because it really shows how crazy love is, many points of view of how several of the characters experience love, for example feeling safe, looking for other options, having an impossible love, the benefit of love and of course, a very important theme, the disappointment of love, this is the real basis of the story because you are just disappointed, tired of a monotony, is what triggers the whole story and is what I liked the most because each character seeks to want to express, forget, feel what they think is right at the time with respect to what it is to be in love; without any doubt one of the best stories I've seen because it fulfills the genre itself, it is very romantic and at the same time very funny.
Más que nada sobre la dirección quiero hablar de lo muy bien escrito que es el guion de este film por parte de Dan Fogelman, actualmente es conocido por trabajar en las series "This is Us" y en "Only Murders un the Building" la cual considero una de las mejores comedias del 2021; en esta película me gusta mucho la historia porque en realidad demuestra lo loco que es el amor, muchos puntos de vista de cómo varios de los personajes experimentan el amor, por ejemplo el sentirse seguros, el buscar otras opciones, el tener un amor imposible, el beneficio del amor y claro, un tema muy importante, la decepción del amor, esto es la verdadera base de la historia porque justamente estás decepcionado, cansado de una monotonía, es lo que desencadena toda la historia y es lo que más me ha gustado porque cada personaje busca querer expresar, olvidar, sentir lo que creen que es correcto en el momento con respecto a lo que es estar enamorado; sin ninguna duda una de las mejores historias que he visto porque cumple con el género en sí, es muy romántico y a la vez muy divertida.
The performances are very good, especially those of Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling, the chemistry between them is impressive and very good and they completely take over the film, I like this almost evolution of Cal's character because what changes is his look instead of his way of being and precisely by not copying what the character of "Jacob" shows, is what makes him able to conquer other women, showing that everyone has their own way of being able to conquer any woman; This happens to the character played by Gosling, Jacob I think is what every man would like to be in a situation where he can conquer anyone and that because he has attitude, looks, talk, knows how to play this game and thinks that anyone can play it, but when he meets someone who breaks the mold of conquest is where he must leave that character behind, be vulnerable and show who he really is, as I said this movie is well written and very well acted, not only by these protagonists but by all the others.
Las actuaciones son muy buenas, en especial las de Steve Carell y Ryan Gosling, la química entre ambos es impresionante muy buena y ellos se adueñan completamente del film, me gusta esa casi evolución del personaje de Cal porque lo que cambia es su look en vez de su forma de ser y justamente al no copiar lo que muestra el personaje de "Jacob", es lo que hace que pueda conquistar a otras mujeres, haciendo ver qué cada quien tiene su forma de poder conquistar a cualquier mujer; esto ocurre al personaje que interpreta Gosling, Jacob considero que es lo que todo hombre quisiera ser en alguna situación en dónde pueda conquistar a quien sea y eso porque tiene actitud, el aspecto, la charla, sabe cómo debe jugar este juego y piensa que cualquiera puede jugarlo, pero al momento de conocer a alguien que rompa el molde de conquista es dónde debe dejar ese personaje atrás, ser vulnerable y mostrar quien realidad es, como dije está película está bien escrita y muy bien actuado, no solo por estos protagonistas sino por todos los demás.
Crazy, Stupid, Love is a good film, I remember that at that time I had no problem to see this movie because I had seen the work of Steve Carell in "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" and of course in "The Office" and although I knew that this character would be completely different, I had the feeling that this could be a good story and it was; this movie teaches me that we are who we are, I know that we can change because we suffer a heartbreak, a disappointment and that makes us protect ourselves so we don't feel bad again, create walls, characters or different habits that in the end will not fill the void of what we really need, I think that's why I like this romantic comedy; the good thing about this film is that it divides in stages how we can fall in love, I'm talking about stages in life whether as adults, young adults or young people, it shows that it is never too late to change, but change for the better, that communication is important even if it is as crude as possible and that is something necessary because it avoids suffering worse things such as deception and lies; I had not seen this film for a long time, but thanks to this contest I had the opportunity to see again this film and I take this opportunity to invite people who have not seen it because it is one of the best and I also want to invite you to participate in the contest, just go through the post to see the rules and have the chance to win good prizes, here I leave the link.
Crazy, Stupid, Love es un buen film, recuerdo que en ese tiempo no tuve problemas para ver esta película porque había visto el trabajo de Steve Carell en "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" y por supuesto en "The Office" y aunque sabía que este personaje sería completamente diferente, tenía la sensación que está pudiera ser una buena historia y así fue; está película me deja como enseñanza que somos quienes somos, sé que podemos cambiar por sufrir algún desamor, una decepción y eso nos hace protegernos para no volver a sentirnos mal, crear muros, personajes o diferentes hábitos que al final no llenarán el vacío de lo que en realidad necesitamos, creo que por eso es que me gusta está comedia romántica; lo bueno de este film es que divide en etapas por cómo podemos enamorarnos, hablo de etapas en la vida sea de adultos, adultos jóvenes y jóvenes, demuestra que nunca es tarde para cambiar, pero cambiar para bien, que la comunicación es importante así sea lo más cruda posible y eso es algo necesario porque así se evita de sufrir peores cosas como es el engaño y la mentira; tenía tiempo que no veía este film, pero gracias a este concurso tuve la oportunidad de ver nuevamente este film y aprovecho para invitar a las personas que no la ha visto porque es una de las mejores y también quiero invitar a qué participen en el concurso, solamente pasen por el post para vean las reglas y tengan la posibilidad de ganar buenos premios, aquí les dejo el link.
