Some time ago, in my beginnings in Steem I made an interview to @enmy. At that time I didn't make videos, I didn't even think about it; I didn't have a proper team and no motivation to do it. This has been one of the things that has driven me to this platform. Now I practice a lot and make videos every week, and although not all of them are published here, it was in this place where that motivation was born.

Saludos steemians. Llevo d铆as subiendo el video de la entrevista con @enmy a 3speak durante d铆as y mi internet no me deja. Por eso decid铆 traerles el post y colocarles el v铆deo de Youtube.
Hace alg煤n tiempo, en mis inicios en Steem le realic茅 una entrevista a @enmy. Para ese entonces no hac铆a v铆deos, ni siquiera me lo planteaba; no ten铆a un equipo adecuado y tampoco motivaci贸n para hacerlo. Esta ha sido una de las cosas que me ha impulsado esta plataforma. Ahora practico mucho y hago videos todas las semanas, y aunque no todos los publico aqu铆, fue en este lugar donde naci贸 esa motivaci贸n.
En esta oportunidad podemos no solo escuchar su relato, sino sentir sus emociones cuando habla de la fibromialgia. De todas formas igual te dejo el enlace del post que hice en aquella oportunidad y que junto a este te pueden dar un panorama m谩s amplio.
Otras de las diferencias con la pasada entrevista, es el valor a帽adido de la sesi贸n fotogr谩fica, que ayuda a generar una conexi贸n entre el entrevistador y el entrevistado. Llevo unos meses haciendo este tipo de sesiones y la experiencia es formidable.
En conclusiones. La fibromialgia se presenta cuando hay un fuerte cambio emocional debido generalmente a una p茅rdida o ruptura. Un desprendimiento de algo que estaba establecido en tu vida como una relaci贸n de pareja o un trabajo como fue el caso de @enmy.
Para sanar, ella acudi贸 al cambio de actitud. Buscar las alegr铆as de la vida y amarse mucho a si misma, consentirse y regalarse lo que ama. Adem谩s incluy贸 el ejercicio f铆sico para fortalecer los m煤sculos.
