Physical Education is necessary in every stage of your life. From your childhood to your old age. There are different kinds of physical education. I'm listening to some of them here in my post.
- Physical fitness
- Stress Relief
- Skill-Oriented Physical Education
- Lifelong Physical Education:
My Physical Education got Started In the early days of my life When I was in 5th standard. There was a teacher in our school especially hired to give kids Physical Training.

The school I was studying at at that time was one of the best schools in the town and they know the importance of physical education. The Name of the Person who use to give us Physical training/education was MR Akhtar.
Every morning before the class, it was necessary for all the kids to gather in the assembly hall and do some physical exercises to strengthen our minds and our body.
I remember this thing clearly and can Imagine it while writing this blog. He always has a whistle in his mouth to guide us on when to start the exercise and when to start. It was such an amazing experience.
To be very honest the day he was absent from school, the day used to be the saddest day of our school.
He was a Master in his work and use to mix exercise and play together to make it more interesting for students. It was a fun time.

After entering High School, I Got involved in Playing Cricket as a part of PHyscial Education and physical activity. I was an all-rounder. Due to this, I got selected for my School's cricket team and started to play for my school.
There was a Cricket match between two classes and I was the main bowler, I bowled my 5 overs and due to the bad performance of my team, I was left alone to play and save my team.
I came to crease with no hope in my teammate's eyes. There were 10 runs needed in 1 over. I was on the other side of the crease, I went to the other player on the other side of the crease and asked him to take a run and give me the strike.
He did the same, It was a pressure situation and now 9 Runs were needed on 5 balls.

I hit a four on the next ball, It was unexpected for me as well as for my team, Now 5 runs were needed on 4 Balls.
they started cheering for me after that four runs. I was beaten on the 3rd and 4th ball and now 5 runs were needed on the 2 balls.
On the next ball, I scored two runs by running and now 3 runs were needed on 1 ball, It was a decider ball and do-or-die situation for me.
I took a break and drink water to get myself relaxed. From out of nowhere I hit a four in the last ball and took my team to an unexpected win.
This was one of the best and most memorable experiences of my physical education/training. I can never forget it.

The lesson I learned from this experience was that never lose hope, You don't know what your luck has for you and it can turn by any second.
If I had loose hope like my teammates. I may not be able to win that game.
