The Space Needle is probably Seattle's most iconic landmark and an architectural masterpiece that attracts visitors from all over the world. The futuristic structure was built for the 1962 World's Fair. At a height of 184 metres, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and its surroundings. The characteristic design, which is reminiscent of an UFO, makes the Space Needle unmistakable. It is not only an architectural jewel, but also a symbol of innovation and progress in Seattle.
