You were right, fernando said it includes all rewards voted to an account.
I still haven't seen the math graphed out, though, so I don't know where to set the customary skin in the game parameters.
People who are selling hive now for <.3usd are like the people that sold btc at a similar amount, imo.
We are still early to the game, what we can earn and sell for is not near as important as what governance will be worth once adoption occurs.
Selling now is a bad idea.
