There's no shortage of good quality landscape photographs on Pixabay. Today I've chosen what are, in my opinion, some of the most stunning pictures of beautiful, stretched-out landscapes that I could find on Pixabay. The following photographs, made by Pixabay members kordi_vahle & jplenio, are perfect examples of professional grade public domain images.

Kordi_vahle has a great collection of pictures featuring the Italian Dolomites on her Pixabay profile. I'm amazed at how well they've captured the reflection of the mountains against the water in that second picture. Looking at some of her other photos, she has put a lot of time and effort into capturing the Italian Dolomites throughout all different seasons. I am sure that her work could be very useful for anyone wanting to use them commercially or for education purposes.
When you check out her Pixabay profile, you can see that her photographs have been downloaded over 600.000 times. She has also received an editor's choice award for 7 of her pictures. She's been a Pixabay member since March 2017 and has uploaded a whopping 524 photographs since then!
This sort of landscape photography is a bit different than what we saw before. These pictures have a much warmer effect, which goes well with the fogginess of those landscapes. There's a certain kind of mystical feeling to these photos, of which I'm personally a big fan. Do check out his other work, because he focuses on so much more than only landscapes.

What's even more amazing is that Johannes has only been a member of Pixabay for 4 months! He's a very talented photographer and a stand up guy for releasing his work in the public domain.
