#PizzaGate Part 16
NOTE: I was not planning on making this particular video, but after posting a simple thought experiment on Voat, I believe there is a strong argument to be made about why Alex Jones has not yet been sued yet by Bill Clinton.
Similarly, this same logic can be applied to John Podesta, as well as many other elites possibly connected to #PizzaGateā¦
Interesting Thought Experiment: Bill Clinton was ALMOST CERTAINLY a rapist.

ISN'T STRANGE that Alex Jones was never sued by Bill Clinton for calling him a rapist and selling Rape t-shirts??
Alex Jones has called Bill Clinton a rapist on many occasions, including selling t-shirts that say so.
If Bill Clinton was not a rapist, he could easily sue Alex Jones for millions and possibly have Infowars shut down economically.
Some people on Voat.co brought up the following counter-arguments:
- Alex Jones could say it was his opinion and that no reasonable person would believe him.
- Proving libel is very hard for presidents or celebrities.
- Suing him would add to Infowars legitimacy.
- "Why doesn't George W. Bush sue Alex Jones for claiming 9-11 was an inside job and selling t-shirts for it too."
My counter-points:
Alex Jones sells Bill Clinton Rape T-Shirts and even ran a viral $100,000 contestā¦

CLEARLY Alex Jones is being serious here and is making an enormous claim, and even paying his audience to spread this claim on live T.V.
Alex Jones and Infowars have a HUGE audience:

Alex Jones Has a Unique Relationship with Donald Trump

Alex Jones & Donald Trump Bombshell Full Interview
Interviewing the soon-to-be President of the United States adds major credibility.
27 February 2017 by Callum Borchers
For a preview of Trumpās address to Congress, read Infowars. Really.
It appears, however, that someone in the White House really did provide a preview of Trumpās speech to Infowars. After the website posted a list of the presidentās talking points, White House press secretary Sean Spicer read many of the same points ā almost verbatim, in some cases ā during his daily media briefing.
Getting insider-info to the White House also adds credibility.
Melania Trump has already sued a Blogger and The Daily Mail
7 February 2017 by Joseph Ax
Melania Trump settles defamation suit against blogger for 'substantial sum'
First lady Melania Trump has settled a defamation lawsuit for a āsubstantial sumā against a Maryland blogger who wrote about unsubstantiated rumors she had worked as an escort and falsely said she suffered a breakdown, Trumpās lawyer said on Tuesday.
āI acknowledge that these false statements were very harmful and hurtful to Mrs. Trump and her family, and therefore I sincerely apologize to Mrs. Trump, her son, her husband and her parents for making these false statements,ā the blogger, Webster Tarpley, wrote in a statement released by Trumpās lawyer.
ā¦
The Daily Mail published a retraction and apology after the lawsuit was filed, saying in a statement it had not intended to state or suggest that Trump had worked as an escort.
Melanie Trump was quickly able to get a small blogger as well as a very large news outlet to apologize and retract their statements.
Companies do not want to go to courtā¦
There are countless examples of large companies quickly apologizing or issuing retractions at the first sign of a lawsuit.
One such example is the YouTuber, Mark Dice, issuing a Cease and Desist letter to The Guardian after labeling him as part of the "Alt-Right", to which they quickly removed his name.
7 December 2017 by Mark Dice
New York Times Is Attacking Me - Calling Me "Fake News"
The New York Times just attacked me in an article saying I'm a "Fake News, Hyperpartisan Conspiracy Theorist," as the war on alternative (real) media continues by the failing mainstream manipulators. Media analyst Mark Dice has the story.
The Guardian included Mark Dice as part of their pathetic and disgusting race-baiting and race-dividing worthless piece of vile trash article on the KKK and the "alt-right", after which they removed his name because they thought they could get away with attacking popular alternative media personalities.
- FYI: the bold is my view on the article, and The Guardian in general, for publishing it.
Thus it is clear that even a giant news outlet would back-off a relatively well-known YouTuber.
If suing Alex Jones adds to his legitimacy, it would nonetheless be short-lived since he would have to apologize and/or pay millions (if Bill was innocent)ā¦
Similar to being sued, it can be argued that the current wave of censorship that Infowars is experiencing also adds to their legitimacy.
One such example is the Google affiliate, AdRoll, has recently banned Infowars without warning:
http://www.infowars.com/censorship-online-advertisers-shutting-down-conservative-media/
21 February 2017 by Kit Daniels
CENSORSHIP: INFOWARS BANNED BY ONLINE ADVERTISER
Racketeering: Online advertisers colluding to control free speech
AdRoll, the online advertiser that accused Breitbart of āhate speech,ā is now abruptly cutting ties with Infowars.com in an apparent, concentrated effort to shut down political speech by conservatives and libertarians online.
The advertiser sent a vaguely-worded email to the Infowars legal department saying it was ending its ad campaign in part because āall political content should focus on the merits of the candidate,ā implying that corrupt, establishment candidates such as Hillary Clinton should be showered with praise and her scandals ignored.
Another example of censorship is Apple / iTunes censoring the 9/11 Joe Rogan & Alex Jones podcast:
6 February 2017 by Rob Dew
PROOF APPLE / ITUNES ARE CENSORING JOE ROGAN ALEX JONES PODCAST #911 OVER PIZZAGATE
Apple censors material that is either too controversial or opposes their beliefs
Proof of censorship based on YouTube view counts verses Appleās audio trending iTunes podcast rankings.
That video makes it clear that the #911 podcast (one of, if not, the highest ever viewed podcast) is being censored from appearing in the podcast rankings.
9-11 analogy is not comparableā¦
First off, Alex Jones is not singling out only George W. Bush, but also argues that many levels of the U.S. government, CIA, FBI, the mainstream media, and even other countries such as Saudi Arabia played a role in perpetuating and covering up the largest false-flag in history, 9-11.
This would mean that the U.S. government would be the ones suing Alex Jones, and not just Bush, and would be viewed clearly as an authoritarian dictatorship shutting down free speech and critique of the government.
This claim, as well as many other conspiracy theories about the government are common-place around many news outlets, and are based upon the power that the elites have, and not personal attacks or claims about specific people.
IF Bush were to sue, this would most likely result in having to reveal emails, communications, and even top secret classified documents in the court of law, which obvious to the average person, is something they would not dare to doā¦
Once again, this differs with the Bill Clinton case because Alex Jones is making personal claims as to Bill being a rapist, so communications related to any specific alleged victim would be requested, and not classified documents.
Summary and Conclusions:
It is clear that Infowars is constantly being attacked and censored.
Suing someone for libel is fairly straight-forward and there are many examples of cases of powerful and not-so-powerful people involved in successful lawsuits, settlements, or even just simple apologies and retractions.
The best way to silence Infowars is to sue for libel, since it is very clear that Infowars are making a VERY BOLD claim to a VERY LARGE audience, even selling "Rape" T-Shirts and paying people that promote this claim on T.V., and which ultimately have influenced millions of people to believe that Bill Clinton is indeed a rapist.
Infowars does not claim at any point that they are a "satire" news site, and given their connections to the U.S. president, they could not argue this in court either.
Furthermore, if Infowars did argue in court that they weren't being serious, this ALONE would cause no one to take them seriously, something that the mainstream media has been trying to do for years with their smear campaigns of Infowars as just a "conspiracy site".
Also, if Infowars were to retract such a strong claim that they have been making for years, it would be plastered on every single mainstream news story with demands that Donald Trump disavow Alex Jones and Infowars.
Thus no matter what the outcome, if Bill Clinton is innocent, the ONLY favorable outcome for Alex Jones was that he proved Bill Clinton did in fact commit rape, which is near impossible if Bill is indeed innocent.
All other outcomes, would either destroy Infowars credibility amongst its user base, and possibly even shut them down economically.
Once again, this is an extremely strong and personally damaging claim to make about Bill.
If Bill was innocent, one possible reason for not suing now, would be that he waited too many years before suing, but this would raise the question of why he didn't sue right away?ā¦
Thus without even having to look at the any specific evidence, logic suggests that Bill Clinton is almost certainly a rapist.
Not only that, but it is also very likely that Alex Jones has either evidence for Bill being a rapist, or, as he suggested in a recent video, much more damning evidence:
23 February 2017 by The Alex Jones Channel
Reddit AMA: Apple's Take Down Of The Joe Rogan Podcast
Alex Jones makes it clear that he has evidence that is "1000 times more viscous", as well as alluding to having a dead man's switch, which is an automatic release of any incriminating information he has if he were to get assassinatedā¦
Thus it is clear that for as crazy as Alex Jones sounds, he just might be packing some serious fire power in theā¦. Information War!
LIKE-WISE the same logic may be used to incriminate John Podestaā¦
