But the main Search Engine Optimization (SEO) backlinks, etc., are directed to the main thread, so this will greatly reduce the search traffic from those searching "pizzagate" or related keywords.

This is an absolutely disgusting tactic by Google, and in fact has nothing to do with "copyright", especially since if it is then they can easily target the alleged posts within the thread.

Also, to show how stupid this claim is, anyone can go and post the same post deemed "copyrighted" on any thread on any social media platform such as Reddit, and thus should the entire thread be removed from Google??

Clearly this is a targeted effort at squashing #PizzaGate researchers, which in my opinion are one of the greatest heroes humanity has ever had

Fool’s Conspiracy: Did Kurt Eichenwald Use Journalism to Shield Himself After Viewing Child Porn 22+ Times?

In the mid-2000s, former New York Times writer Kurt Eichenwald fell into disrepute after being caught paying a source $2,000— money that the journalist claims he requested back —an additional $1,184 to that source via PayPal to acquire and download illicit images and likely wired $1,000 more to the same source under a fraudulent name. That source, former child porn “star” Justin Berry, had become a cautionary tale of the perils of child pornography with Kurt Eichenwald being initially heralded as a hero who “saved” him.

What has not been reported until this time is that Mr. Eichenwald accessed illicit images of Mr. Berry (then an 18-year-old) and a 14-year-old young man masturbating at least 22 times over a seven day period from June 23–29, 2005 — a video that the now rehabilitated Newsweek Senior Writer claimed he had only viewed a single time with Justin Berry after the two met at LAX Airport on June 30.

It has also gone unreported that Mr. Eichenwald appears to have proffered false testimony both in written statements and verbal testimony asserting that he had not identified himself to Mr. Berry until June 30, 2005 notwithstanding having sent the former child porn actor a check for $2,000 with his name on it on June 8, 2005.

Further that payment went to the production of the child pornography video (titled JustinPreview2) featuring the 14-year-old child masturbating side-by-side with Mr. Berry on June 9, 2005 (the following day) — with court records indicating that Berry withdrew $300 following the deposit of that check to pay the young man for his participation in the illicit video.

Not only did Mr. Eichenwald violate all bounds of journalistic standards, but he proceeded to convince Mr. Berry to flip state’s evidence on the same day — July 14 — that Eichenwald’s administrative account on the JustinFriends.com child porn site was deleted and all messages between Eichenwald and Berry were scrubbed from Mr. Berry’s computer.

On December 19, 2005, Kurt Eichenwald turned his criminal act into the cause du jour writing an impactful piece alleging to uncover the dark underworld of child pornography titled Through His Webcam, a Boy Joins a Sordid Online World based on the trials and tribulations of his associate Mr. Berry.

The made for Hollywood piece was but an opening salvo in the story of a tormented young man preyed upon by online predators until Eichenwald, by his accounts, swooped in to help him find salvation. In Making a Connection With Justin— the former New York Times writer provides a firsthand account of a heroic journalist who rescued a then 19-year-old Justin Berry from a life of crime, drugs, and self-degradation.




The files also show that an individual referring to himself as “Andrew McDonald” using the email address “[email protected]” made $1,184 in payments to Justin Berry from 6/6/2005 to 6/23/2005. In the payment memo section, the user criticized the quality of potentially illicit images sent to him —court records confirm that account belonged to Eichenwald.





 he may have used the power of his pen to shield himself from accountability for viewing child pornography.

As one writer explained at the time in “Why No One Wants to Write About Kurt Eichenwald,” many in the journalistic community were horrified by the revelations regarding Mr. Eichenwald’s dubious reporting practices and other potential acts of impropriety in connection to Justin Berry, but as a result of his desperate effort at self-preservation many child sex felons were arrested and prosecuted.

The truth is Eichenwald was never held accountable for his actions. Truth knows no expiration date.

Notably, a Stanford University study found that a key component of Kurt Eichenwald’s fictitious October 10, 2016 report — the veracity of which I challenged leading to the subsequent retaliation by Defendants — was the single most believed iteration of fake news in the 2016 Election Cycle.

Vigilante Journalism: My ‘Unethical’ Public Crusade Proving Kurt Eichenwald Viewed Child Porn 22+ Times

The most wicked application of the Fourth Estate is when a person is prosecuted in the press, but what if it’s the last resort?

I published a piece on Medium reviving the ghost of Kurt Eichenwald’s past journalistic forays on the topic of child pornography proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Newsweek Senior Writer accessed an illicit video of a 14-year-old young man masturbating at least 22 times over a seven day period from June 23-29, 2005.

The piece also detailed previously unreported false testimony by Mr. Eichenwald that Justin Berry, the subject of his stories, did not know who he was until June 30, 2005 despite the presence of a check to Mr. Berry bearing Mr. Eichenwald’s name dated June 8, 2005.

Finally, evidence was presented that the video of the 14-year-old boy Mr. Eichenwald viewed 22 times was bankrolled by the Newsweek Writer from a portion of the proceeds of that check.

As you can imagine, the Newsweek writer instantly wrote me in a fury: “You’ve accused me of three crimes so far. Who’s your lawyer and what’s his or her address.” My heart dropped for a second as I immediately took this to mean that the powerful two-time Polk Award winning journalist well known for his litigious streak planned on suing me.

I damn near jumped out of my seat to rush outside to puff on two cigarettes, a devil’s remedy for the headache that was already plaguing me that morning, before proceeding to stare down one of the most powerful media figures in the country.

I wrote to Mr. Eichenwald asking which portions of my story he contested or what information within the article was inappropriately sourced while reminding him that if he were to sue me the discovery from the case could well lead to new findings. To my shock
 and frankly horror
 Eichenwald said “I threatened nothing” and clarified in two separate later email that he was not going to sue me while refusing to contest any specific portion of the article.

Instead, the Newsweek writer accused me of being “deeply mentally ill,” “a pathological liar,” and suggested that I was siding with the pedophiles who were rightly arrested in the hysteria surrounding his sordid affair in “Weird Checkbook Journalism.”

His failure to respond directly to the claims in my article, even though I knew them to be well-supported by court documents and server records tracing his IP and email addresses to 22 views of the 14-year-old boy masturbating, continue to shake me as though someone so intent on lying all of these years has somehow lost the ability.

One major problem persisted: Can Eichenwald be held accountable?

Ten years ago Kurt Eichenwald was the OG version of the Pizzagate hysteria pusher with two advantages in his favor – he was an award winning New York Times journalist and several of the individuals involved in his claim truly were pedophiles even if his claims that sex offenders are lurking at every turn may have been exaggerated to push out a few extra papers.

The writer was praised for his “investigation” by Congress, won the hearts of an audience on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and toured the country as the creepiest advocate against child sex crimes ever known to man detailing how he could convince minors on social media to give him their family members’ names, address, and phone number in under a minute and 30 seconds.

He also started one New York Times article as follows: “In the photograph, the model is shown rising out of a bubble bath, suds dripping from her body. Her tight panties and skimpy top are soaked and revealing. She gazes at the viewer her face showing a wisp of a smile that seems to have been coaxed from off-camera
 The model’s online name is Sparkle. She is – at most – 9 years old.” Pretty creepy stuff to be reading over your morning coffee.

The visual nature of the description led a Salon columnist to open an article with: “New York Times writer Kurt Eichenwald has looked a lot of kiddie porn.” Eichenwald immediately threatened to sue Salon and any outlet that the journalist wrote at for $10 million. Salon removed the article under threat of suit the same day.

Before publishing my original piece I reached out to a number of media outlets with a half-dozen responses including “I don’t really feel like getting sued” and “[Our] legal is really on high alert over EVERYTHING, so I need to move slowly here but please keep me in the loop.”

The overwhelming consensus from mainstream media outlets I reached out to is that the evidence was clear, convincing, and not yet reported but Eichenwald has millions of dollars at his disposal along with a reputation of suing anybody and everybody who questions him.

It is also known from court records that all correspondence between Kurt Eichenwald and Justin Berry were deleted the same day the writer’s protege proffered state’s evidence in return for immunity and that Mr. Eichenwald was represented by attorney Stephen M. Richards “in connection with these allegations” – a direct reference to the statements made by Berry.

Not only was the evidence clear ten years ago, but Eichenwald appears to have been under investigation for his involvement in Berry’s child pornography enterprise having paid for the production of the film and having served as an administrator of the site that was dormant prior to Kurt Eichenwald tossing his funds behind it. A normal person would be in prison.

Server records, IP logs, and PayPal memos tracing to Kurt Eichenwald’s email address and bank account with statements like “the light sucks, washed out” and “if I save them, I pay for them. If I don’t, I didn’t even bother to finish looking at them, so I didn’t buy” are not the type of evidence open to many interpretations. Also, how many people watch child porn 22 times over a seven day period for “research.” I could hedge words, but he’s guilty.

Breaking Journalistic Ethics in the Name of Justice

There’s a bit of a backstory to my investigation into Kurt Eichenwald. I was the young journalist at the controversial news outfit Sputnik News and the Newsweek writer smeared me as part of some far-reaching Kremlin conspiracy when in reality I misread something, corrected it 19 minutes later, told Eichenwald that his story was rubbish and refused to cave to threats and a job offer at the New Republic in return for my silence. So, it’s pretty safe to say I didn’t like the guy much.

In anticipation of a possible lawsuit against Eichenwald, I began reviewing his background for similar instances of journalistic malfeasance and found myself hours later digging through court records of the parallel cases of Timothy Ryan Richards and Ken Gourlay, both of whom were ultimately convicted of child sex crimes.

I began reviewing the news articles at the time with Kurt Eichenwald being presented as a cautionary tale – somebody portrayed as part heroic crusader against child pornography and an unethical journalist who was tied to a number of secret payments to former child pornographer Justin Berry who was the lead character in his story.

In reviewing this back in October I found a few interesting parts that were unreported including the fact that Mr. Eichenwald perjured himself in his account of how and when Mr. Berry first came to know who him, but I sat on that story at the time – as much as I did not like Mr. Eichenwald, it did not make sense to reopen wounds from the past solely out of a grudge.

It wasn’t until recent weeks that I came in contact, totally unsolicited, with one of the individuals arrested as a result of Mr. Eichenwald’s investigation. This encounter spurred me to take a second look through court files using this source as a guide of what was unreported.

At that time I became aware that Mr. Eichenwald not only crossed ethical boundaries in his story, but broke the law with no semblance of journalistic justification – viewing a 14-year-old boy masturbating 22 times and having paid for the production of that video is not normal.

It was only then that I wrote a piece and then solicited the support of some controversial Twitter users to help me disseminate this story so that I could reach a maximum audience despite not having a platform anywhere near comparable to that of Eichenwald or Newsweek.

I went a step further – I not only did the job of a journalist tasked with observing the story from a neutral position, but I also inserted myself into the story by offering a public DARE to Kurt Eichenwald to sue me [Tweet no longer available] if my story was incorrect and forwarded the story to the FBI and DOJ [Tweet Deleted].

Two journalists have told me in no uncertain terms that what I have done is beyond unethical and that my career in journalism is over for what could be perceived as targeting Eichenwald with allegations – even though they are true – and trying him in the public (We’ll just ignore the fact that I was blackballed anyways by Kurt’s October fake news stunt).

But another thing stood out to me in those admonitions by journalists – who I frankly wish more in the media were like – “Realpolitik.” “He’s 55 years old, rich, and has worked at the top MSM for many years,” said one. The other said, “Think about it
 [if news outlets] do 10 minutes of research they will see this, and not touch you with a ten-foot pole.”

Let’s get this straight for those playing at home – a powerful person with a limitless platform breaks the law, violates every ethical boundary ever, and both the media and law enforcement won’t hold them accountable BUT somebody with no platform whatsoever should resort to no extraordinary measures at all in ensuring the truth be brought to the public.

I don’t buy it. The great equalizer in this country is supposed to be the law. When the law fails, the press steps in. And when both fail the power reverts to the People to speak truth to power.

So yea, I broke your rules. Kurt Eichenwald viewed child pornography 22 times, paid for it, perjured himself under oath, and then perpetrated a fraud on the public and he ain’t gonna sue me for saying it because he knows damn well it’s true.

So call me unethical. Call me a vigilante journalist. I’m thinking that I’ll sleep well tonight.

A SERIOUS Caution Against Prosecuting People on Social Media

My reporting is an example of resorting to severe tactics as a last resort, not a first resort, to ensure that the truth is brought to the eyes of the public and so a wrong isn’t allowed to persist.
However, I would be remiss not to mention the growing trend towards public mob justice and stoking of hysteria without regard to evidence coming from both the Left and the Right.

[Note: I disagree with his take on "resorting to severe tactics as a last resort. This is because it is clear that Law Enforcement and the Mainstream Media are not doing their job, and an alleged pedophile may be walking freely
 THIS is the ultimate time for vigilante journalism, albeit a careful evidence-based approach.]

Kurt Eichenwald’s story falsely accusing me was but the first in what has become a popular trend among liberal commentators of throwing around words like traitor, Kremlin puppet or cheerleader, and useful idiot all of which are used to dismiss the humanity of others.

From the Right we’ve seen the mainstream media crackdown on the accusations of pedophilia and child sex crimes lobbed against prominent liberals – perhaps the ultimate ad hominem attack when unsupported by evidence as it leaves a smear that marks someone for a lifetime.

Honestly, I see these attacks and the hysteria that surrounds them as mirror images of one another contributing to undue tribalism stripping Americans of our common bonds and severely damaging the life prospects of an individual for the sake of winning a petty argument.

[NOTE: I disagree with these last two points he made, in that I assume he is alluding to #PizzaGate being a "mirror" image of the Russian hysteria. This is because it is likely that the Russian narrative is pushed to cover up #PizzaGate, because the evidence is clearly there, and clearly ignored by the mainstream media. Nonetheless, he does have a point that the accusation of pedophilia is the ultimate personal attack, but everyone should be EXTREMELY careful to make these accusations, unless the evidence is clear.

It needs to stop. This is not Pizzagate 2.0.

This is IP records from server logs, court records, PayPal memos, a personal check, and a Western Union payment establishing that Kurt Eichenwald beyond a shadow of a doubt watched kiddie porn 22+ times, funded it, and lied under oath while both the media and the law have provided him cover and acclaim. This is proof a serious crime.

It is for times like this we need to be wary of hysteria – it only serves to undercut the truth.

Eichenwald contacted Berry anonymously on-line, telling Berry he was a songwriter (Eichenwald writes songs as a hobby) and asking to meet with him. Despite concerns that the anonymous contact might be a law enforcement officer, Berry accepted payment of $2,000 from Eichenwald on June 8, 2005[10] before agreeing to the meeting.[9]

At the meeting, Eichenwald identified himself as a reporter and explained the true nature of his interest in Berry. Although Berry continued in the Internet pornography business after their initial meeting, in subsequent meetings, Eichenwald was able to gain Berry's confidence and an entry into his world.[9]

This narrative is complete BS
 it is clear from the court documents and the check that Kurt already identified himself to Justin
. Plus no mention of Kurt paying for production of child porn, and viewing it 22+ times etc.,

NEWSWEEK WRITER THREATENS JOURNALIST BILL MORAN OVER PEDOPHILE ALLEGATIONS

Kurt Eichenwald, a Newsweek senior writer and the guy who just subpoenaed someone for being trolled on the internet with flashing lights, is now threatening journalist Bill Moran over allegations that Eichenwald viewed child pornography after paying to acquire it – and then turned his criminal activity into a “cause du jour.”




The worse part is that all of this according to Moran just like the Jeffrey Epstein case was covered up by the DOJ when Eichenwald’s attorney Stephen M. Ryan sent a letter on behalf of Justin Berry seeking a proffer agreement “flip state’s evidence” in return for immunity. Then that same day Eichenwald’s account was deleted by an administrator on Berry’s site. Additionally, Berry attempted to scrub his computer of all communication exchanges between himself and Eichenwald.

#Pizzagate: Medium Reporting Kurt Eichenwald Busted For Viewing Illegal Images 22 Times

Journalist Bill Moran has uncovered that according to court documents Kurt Eichenwald has given false testimony in court and viewed illegal images 22 times.

Summary and Conclusions

Bill Moran was able to prove that Kurt Eichenwald viewed illegal child pornography, paid for it as well as the production of it, and lied in court, simply by reading court documents.

Bill only wrote this article because he was attacked by Kurt Eichenwald over a misquote he made in an article, which he quickly deleted shortly after realizing it.

Kurt, along with the mainstream media went on a crusade against Bill going so far as calling him a Russian agent.

This has tarnished Bill's reputation and a quick Google search is all that is needed for potential news outlets to flag his name when looking for potential hires because they wouldn't want to be associated with someone the mainstream media has attacked.

What Kurt had done was far worse than Bill's honest mistake, and in fact is a criminal act(s), and should be investigated to see what further involvement he has in terms of viewing, purchasing, and even producing child pornography.

Nonetheless, no one in the mainstream media has called for a full investigation into Kurt, neither has law enforcement, and in fact the journalists that Bill reached out to, are scared of potential lawsuits.

This contrast is extremely important because it shows that the elites in the media can literally get away with viewing and purchasing child pornography as well as perjury, but small-scale journalists can be completely destroyed for the most innocent of mistakes


This is what #PizzaGate researchers are up against, so we need to be extremely careful in our reporting


Bill Moran is also suing Kurt Eichenwald for libel, and I hope he wins!!!
