Tokens? Yes, I have tokens! I run three blogs and here are the tokens I have so far:

I really did have tokens on my list next to figure out. I do not have much knowledge about them now, and as they keep flooding in, I think I should try to get it together.
Just as I was getting ready to tackle the token monster, who should contact me? That's right, "Our Boy Terry" @surpassinggoogle!
Terry and I are friends on multiple platforms and before STEEM. I have helped him on a few projects, and he asked me to help with Marlians last night.
So of course I said yes. I am quite relieved to have a focus for this project. If I can learn Marlians, the other 50 or so tokens will be a breeze, right?

This are the steps I have taken and the info I have gathered so far:
Background
I have been a Ulogger and Untalented with Terry's other projects. I am certified and very willing to take part. I am also technically challenged.
Terry's Situation
Please know that Terry's health is poor. We both suffer from chronic disease, so we have this as common ground. His trouble is flared up bad enough for him to tell me.
The "healthy" world says, "Ok Our Boy, get a good night's sleep and see you tomorrow." But it is
NOT.
THAT.
EASY.
Terry needs a lot of rest, rehab, and recovery. Part of his issue is "doing too much." He knows this and this is why he has reached out.
Terry's Request
While Terry is at maybe 30% effectiveness on STEEM, all of the sudden we have hundreds of posts a day to the Marlians tag.
In the past, I manually curated the "Untalented" tag for Terry when it had 75-100 posts a day. This took me more than one hour to upvote maybe 30% of those posts for $1 a whack in the good old days. The posts were mostly in English and in topics I knew about such as art, travel, food, life.
Now we have 500+ posts day, not all in English, lots of sports, crypto, and other topics I know nothing about.
I scrolled MANY MANY screens in the Marlians front end last night and only got to posts 8 hours old. What a shocker that was.
Terry has been trying to curate this by himself. He is asking me to get many people to curate - me and hopefully you, your mom, and your dog.
Questions
Currently anyone can post anything to Marlians.
- How can the flood of posts be handled to consistently reward people who post good content?
- How can we sort?
- How can we "enforce" rules?
- Should we enforce rules?
- What should Marlians become?
Terry started out very inclusive on purpose and thinks Marlians should be ulog-y eventually.
I looked at my @fitinfun Marlians numbers in steemworld and this is what I see:

I do not understand all of what I see in steemworld, but I do know I am at 100% Marlians VP. So I think I need to delegate to an alt account maybe. I am at 85% vp in STEEM now.

Marlians is a tribe
Marlians is not considered a "tribe" and does not show on steempeak as such. So when I float on that little icon, I do not see the marlian votes. I think there is some way to get the tribe designation approved.

This room needs attention and does not have (enough) active admins. 5000 people are registered in that room.
Terry is looking for a programmer
