After a year delving into the wisdoms of the I Ching @metametheus, after reflecting upon what he had learned, now shares some of that with us in his post "Encountering The Book Of Changes" Read it here. He writes:
It’s been one whole year since I started my project to delve deeply into the I Ching and understand its ancient wisdom by embodying it every day. On the shortest day of the year I reflect on what I have learned and how this enigmatic text continues to influence my thoughts, words, and deeds.

@metametheus had another fabulous post "Heaven Endures, Earth Lasts" again about the I Ching. Find it here

If you like Greek Mythology and herbal healings then @artemislives post "The Herbal Crown of Dittany - Legendary Natural Medicine" is for you! Check out their post here. They write:
She who is officially Virgin ('beholden to no man', as opposed to the more contemporary western chaste idea of a virgin) walked around with a circlet of aphrodisiac herbs in her hair. And the aphrodisiac herb she chose was Dittany. Why she would need it as an aphrodisiac, the Goddess only knows, for surely there is nothing sexier than a powerful, self-assured, barefoot & grounded, lethal huntress who doesn't need nor deplete a man for his status or resources, but chooses him as an equal from her place of fullness and power. But only a man who doesn't need to save or be seen to be owning a woman would get that.

@artemislives had another marvelous post - "Green Mango Glut? Time for Digestive Probiotic Natural Medicine" showing a creative way to deal with an abundance of green mangoes or other abundant food crops you may have. Read it here

I quite admire @raj808 approach to dealing with his chronic illness and he shares some great insights on healing in his post "Meditation and Mindful Moments - Realizations & Plans to Heal Chronic Illness Naturally" . Check out their post here. They write:
To briefly elaborate, the cessation of thought that results from successful meditation can allow the space for healing. When you have a chronic condition your day to day is a constant battle with busy thoughts. As each symptom begins, you wonder how debilitating and intense it's going to turn out to be today. It is extremely difficult in this situation to just let go and let what will be.... be, as one day it can lay you low and another you can function.
