Each day, the class will be different that includes a little obstacle course to train the kids skills such as speed, accuracy and balance. The exercises are not only effective but also very fun. You know how kids are, if you don't make it fun for them they will loose focus.

Barehand forms are very important in any martial art style and the kids are learning short ones that are progressively challenging the knowledge of their own body and their memory.

Those who regular practice at home will make big progress and will be rewarded with skills that will help them in life.

Taijiquan looks like a soft kind of gymnastic but it is a very powerful martial art style that helps you develop your internal energy and use body coordination to generate power.

The class also include some fun games that help kids with various skills. In the next to photos, Grant is throwing a physio ball at one of the Dragons who will have to kick it in flight. Kids are known for being easily distracted but their level of attention can also be equally very high, see how this boy is.

The level of difficulty is then increased by using smaller balls and having to hit it with a punch or an elbow strike.
