Hi to all!
Every week I look forward to Friday. After all, every Friday there is a bazaar on a small square near our house. Even in the evening, the places where cars are usually parked are vacated. And the first to arrive is a pavilion on wheels with nice people. They prepare fish and fish products all evening and night before market Friday. The smell of their food wafts through the air and even reaches the third floor where I live.
In the morning I hear the roar of cars and loud conversations of people. Cars with various goods begin to converge. The bazaar is small, but there are also food and consumer goods. The bazaar starts working in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Together with my grandfather, whom I take care of, we also go out to make the necessary purchases. Sometimes we don't buy anything. We just go and look at what the merchants have brought. The bazaar is a meeting place for local residents. You can hear funny conversations. Italians are in no hurry and love to talk.

Щотижня я очікую п'ятницю з нетерпінням. Адже кожної п'ятниці на невеликій площі біля нашого будинку розташувується базар. Ще звечора місця, де зазвичай паркуються автомобілі звільняються. І першими приїжджає павільйон на колесах з приємними людьми. Вони цілий вечір і ніч напередодні базарної п'ятниці готують страви з риби та рибних продуктів. Запах від їхніх страв витає в повітрі і навіть долітає до третього поверху, де я живу.
Вранці я чую гуркіт машин та голосні розмови людей. Починають зїжджатися машини з різноманітним товаром. Базар невеликий але є і продовольчі та споживчі товари. Базар починає працювати вранці з 8.00 і до 12.00.
Я разом з дідусем, яким я опікуюся також виходимо здійснити необхідні покупки. Деколи не купуємо нічого. Просто ходимо та розглядаємо що нового привезли торговці. Базар це місце зустрічей місцевих жителів. Чути веселі розмови. Італійці нікуди не поспішають і поговорити люблять.
I often buy vegetables and fruits. This time I bought a kilogram of tangerines and persimmons. This year, the prices of products jumped quite noticeably. In particular, on vegetables and fruits. Last year, mandarins could be bought for 1 euro per kilogram. And today I paid 2.45 euros per kilogram. And the salary does not grow at such a pace...
Я часто купую овочі та фрукти. Цього разу я купила кілограм мандаринів та хурми. В цьому році ціни на продукти підскочили досить відчутно. Зокрема, на овочі та фрукти. В минулому році мандарини можна було купити по 1 євро за кілограм. А сьогодні я заплатила 2.45 євро за кілограм. А зарплата такими темпами не росте...
Basically, I always look at the prices. If the quality and price match, then I buy. Prices in the bazaar are almost always higher than in the supermarket. Traders explain this by the fact that their vegetables and fruits are very fresh, purchased from farmers in small batches.
В основному я завжди дивлюся на ціни. Якщо якість і ціна співпадають то я купую. Ціни на базарі майже завжди вищі ніж в супермаркеті. Це торговці пояснюють тим, що їхні овочі та фрукти дуже свіжі , закуплені у фермерів невеликими партіями.
There is always a pavilion with flowers at the bazaar. Vendors sell flowers in vases and cut flowers, which they use to make beautiful bouquets. Also, they always have seedlings of garden plants. I often buy flowers from them. I have two beautiful cyclamen bushes growing on my balcony. And today I bought a bouquet of multi-colored carnations. These flowers cost 4 euros
На базарі завжди є павільйон з квітами. Продавці продають квіти у вазонах та зрізані квіти, з яких вони роблять чудові букети. Також в них завжди є розсада городніх рослин. Я часто купую в них квіти. На моєму балконі ростуть два чудових кущі цикламенів. А сьогодні я купила букет з різнокольорових гвоздик. Ці квіти коштують 4 євро
I put this bouquet in our living room. Carnations will delight us with their flowering for a week or longer.
Цей букет я поставила у нашій вітальні. Гвоздики будуть радувати нас своїм цвітінням тиждень або й довше.
Autumn is the time for many vegetables and fruits. These are fennel, pumpkins and radicchio. I was really waiting for radicchio to go on sale. Italians cook many dishes with it, grill radicchio. And I like to add radicchio to the salad.
Восени приходить пора на багато овочів та фруктів. Це фенхель, гарбузи та радіккіо. Я дуже чекала коли появляться в продажу радіккіо. Італійці з ним готують безліч страв, смажать радіккіо на грилі. А мені подобається добавляти радіккіо до салату.
The bazaar is always noisy. Sellers loudly urge buyers to buy this or that product. There are always many people. Everyone goes home satisfied with their purchases. And then they wait again for next Friday.
