In the last week a deal was inked between Jonathan Haggerty the young Muay Thai phenom from the UK and One championship who are the biggest combat sports promotion in Asia.

One championship have received a lot of media attention lately with some of their latest signings such as the long time pound for pound #1 Demitrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson and former UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alverez, details of Jonathan Haggerty's signing are thin as of writing though i would assume he will be a part of the kickboxing roster rather than MMA and will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Giorgio Petrosyan and Yodsaenklai Fairtex.
Quite when we will see Jonathan in action is unknown, where and who he will debut against is also unknown but i am eagerly waiting to find out, i believe One championship have plans to move in to the European market so we may even see an event in the UK soon.
