Steemit Sandwich Contest Week 80 - CONTEST NOW OPEN! - [3 Prizes]
This time it's vegan.
My baguette boot camp has already ended but still I had last piece in my hand. I made hummus and put veggies all together in the sandwich
. The sprout is inspired by @breadcentric's sandwich for SSC #76. I bought seed mix and now they are sprouting in my kitchen :)

- Hummus
- Frisée
- Red onion
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Sprouts
Talking about bread I go back to sour dough bread. Unfortunatelly my starter died when I was sick during the winter holidays. But now I have a new one. I was preparing it while I was into baguette baking last week.

バゲット修行は終わったものの、最後の半分が手元にあったのでサンドイッチにしました。今回はビーガンです。
フムスを作って、ありったけの野菜を詰め込みました。スプラウトはSteemitのパン焼き仲間（というか師匠）の@breadcentricさんがSSC#76に投稿したサンドイッチに入れているのを見て、タネを買ってきて台所で育て始めました。ちょっと苦味があって種からのエネルギーがもりもりでおいしいです。5日ほどで育つのもいいところです。
そんなこんなのSSC#80、他のみなさんのサンドイッチを見るのも楽しみです。JPからもどなたか参加しないかな :) 少し前に書いたSSCの紹介もよかったらどうぞ！
