Only Fools and Horses was a British sitcom from the 80's the show itself was set in Peckham, South-east London which happens to be my home town, it seems fitting to have some kind of homage to the show somewhere in the area and the three wheeler definitely fits the bill.

The vehicle is most likely a replica of the original and looks very well looked after, we were not able to get inside the vehicle unfortunately and whether the thing is still operational i am unsure of.
Why someone thought it would be a good idea to put 3 wheels on a car in the first place i do not know but these little things were quite popular once upon a day.
