Today is day 33 of my 77 days of push-ups!
I'm doing push-ups on chairs today. My wrist isn't hurting anymore, and I can afford myself these push-ups. The effect of them is to increase the load by increasing the amplitude. Most of all in this exercise work the pectoral muscles.
- Of course you, Donald, won't complicate your push-ups! Because you still do 4 push-ups with large hard. By the way, I wanted to ask you, Donald, have you noticed any improvement in other exercises because you do regular push-ups? For example, it could help in arm wrestling.
