Today, my exemplary trainee Donald will show what he learned in a week of push-ups!

He makes mistakes sometimes. But that's only because we sort out the mistakes in every class. For example, today we will talk about this: during push-ups we need to reduce the shoulder blades (down movement) and dilute them (up movement).
The mistake is the constant tension of the shoulder blades, when a person reduces them and tries to do push-ups with the reduced shoulder blades.
