
"Don't arch your neck!"
Today is day 7 of my 77 push-ups.
Donald and I will show you the mistake he sometimes makes.
Some people arch their necks excessively during push-ups. This is wrong and leads to overstrain of the neck muscles. But the neck should be in a neutral position.
So, I'm going to do push-ups and finally show this mistake.
