Simian Switch : Three Headed Elephant
Next stop on the route is another piece of Dordrechts most famous artist and curator of Iconoclash, Simian Switch. On the corner of the Botgensteiger and the Voorstraat you will find this really great looking elephant.
The artist
Sammie aka Simian Switch is a local from Dordrecht, and painting graffiti, murals and illustrations since the early 2000's in his own characteristic style.
He is influenced by Art Nouveau and stereometry techniques for composition which he uses in his murals and illustrations
Simian was also the curator for the Iconoclash murals.

Bonus Mural
This nice mural of a sheep with the slogan "Hoe dichter bij dordt, hoe mooier het wordt", which roughly translates to: the closer you get to Dordrecht, the better it gets.
I couldn't find anything about the artist, but because it's also located on the Voorstraat, i tought i added it here.

Streetart Tour Dordrecht
Dordrecht hosted a Streetart competion back in 2016 (Iconoclash, part of Beeldenstroom Woordenstorm festival), with Simian Switch as a curator. The winners of this competition would be invited to share there mural art in Dordrecht at the time of the Beeldenstroom Woordenstorm festival in 2016 and a streetart festival in 2018.
