Eggs and shrimps are all my favorite foods and have good nutrition. Today I want to share a homemade dish that I love it very much is steamed eggs with shrimps. The water eggs are tender with delicious fresh shrimp, very soft and nice to eat. Nomater you can eat it in the morning or in the evening , it is very good for you.
Ingredients:
Eggs two
Shrimp five
Cooking wine
Soy sauce
Salt
Carrot
Warm water
Methods:
Break the eggs, add salt, put1.5 times warm water in it , then mix it well .
Remove the shrimp line , pickled wine and soy sauce for a while.
Leak the eggs liquid into the steaming container, and then cover it with the plastic, a few holes with the toothpick .
Steam the pot for about 5 minutes. Put the shrimp, carrots , then cover with the film, and then steamed for about 8 minutes again.
Put some soy sauce on the eggs when you eat ! Nice and delicious that you can’t forget its taste.
So as you see , our life is like this egg, as long as you want to cook it , it will be colourful and beautiful .
鸡蛋和虾仁都是我非常喜欢吃的食品, 且营养一流。今天跟大家分享的是我做的虾仁蒸蛋糕。蛋糕嫩滑,配着新鲜好吃的大虾仁,甭提多爽了。早餐晚餐都是你非常好的选择。
准备材料:
鸡蛋两个
虾仁5个
料酒
酱油
盐
胡萝卜
水
做法:
把鸡蛋打散,放盐,加1.5倍的温水,充分搅匀。
虾去掉皮,用料酒,酱油腌制一会儿。
把打好的蛋液用漏勺漏到蒸的容器中,然后用塑料薄膜盖好, 用牙签扎几个眼,透气。
上锅蒸大约5分钟,蛋糕定型了,放入 虾仁,胡萝卜碎丁,然后盖上保鲜膜,再蒸8分钟左右。
取出,淋上点味极鲜酱油,就可以吃了!非常鲜美的虾仁蒸蛋糕,好看又好吃!生活正如这鸡蛋糕,只要你用心去调剂,就会色彩缤纷,美不胜收。
