Meditation can be difficult to achieve and so many stop because it seems to difficult. @quochuy introduces such a wonderful way to meditate whilst also being active and creative. I really like how this post helps to promote the many ways in which we can mediate. Indeed there is a way for everyone. Check out their post here. They write:

If it gets too difficult, take a break, close your eyes, listen to the sea, take a deep breath and try again. There is no rush, there is no pressure to succeed.Just enjoy the moment, the place, the natural environment, don't forget to breathe.

Healing really comes in many different ways and although I have never surfed I can image that surfing is very healing. In this very interesting post @jockey discusses how both surfing and ayahuasca both originated in the same country. Coincidence, connected, who is to know, but it is a wonderful example of the many forms of healing that humankind have explored . Check out their post here. They write:

What is fascinating to me is that many surfers consider the act of surfing a spiritual act. Surfing happening over 2,000 years ago in South America and fascinating that time frame matches the estimates of Ayahuasca use we have. And at exactly the same place: Peru! I am only making the connection that Ayahuasca and surfing are spiritual activities of some of the highest magnitude and identify that they seem to have ancients roots of the same magnitude and come from exactly the same place..

Do we need another reason to love the cannabis plant, indeed there are many in this post by @viking-ventures. It is the graphic that she created that really stands out, as it advises what strain of cannabis is best suited for different ailments. Check out their post here. They write:

I have a neighbor with many health issues including many food allergies, and several auto-immune illnesses including lupus. She was telling me just this evening that using marijuana has changed her life. It used to be that to travel anywhere, she had to have a whole bag of various medications just to keep her going while she was away. Now that she's taking marijuana medicinally, she only needs to take a couple meds with her when she travels.
