I am one of thousands of people affected by @quinneaker's visionary community the @gardenofeden. As we clean and organize in preparation for a big move towards Eden 2.0, it's time to let go of my own incredible history here:

I give thanks every day that I have avoided both pregnancy and marriage in this life. If not for @quinneaker & his sustainable community the @gardenofeden, I truly believe that I would have either killed or been killed by a partner, and/or would have spawned a demon. It still brings tears to my eyes when I really tune into how narrowly I dodged those bullets, and what grace came to my rescue.
I believe it to be mainstream to play it fast and loose with sex, disregarding the sacred power of creation. I was certainly like that and have too many memories of sex used as a weapon of control and manipulation.
I am so very grateful that I did not create children from those terrible energetics. I have an epic do-over opportunity to look deep within myself, address my roots, be a better person, and evolve so that if and when I consciously choose to create a family, I will be ready. BUT OMG I'M NOT READY!!!
TBH having a child of my own is one of the scariest things I can imagine - what if I fuck them up as bad as I’m fucked up? Dear god no I don’t want that...
Family is a loaded topic. Obviously a great deal of our programming comes from our experience with our own family, including our understandings of love, support, and protection. After my first year at the @gardenofeden it was painfully obvious that a lot of my programming was straight up traumatic shit.
Again and again I give thanks to the @gardenofeden for showing me a better way. Here I get the blessings and benefits of being around the amazing children who live here, while at any given time there are at least 3 adults with far more parenting wisdom and experience than I have.

The children here are incredible, vibrant, healthy, intelligent, joyful, responsible, and free - a true testament to the importance of conscious, empowered parenting.

Living so closely with such a loving yet unconventional family inspires me to question my beliefs, release those that do not serve the greater good, and replace them with wholesome values in support of blossoming life.
May healing release future generations from traumas of the past.
