Are we freewriters really that boring and stupid?
You might not like what I write but guess what? Most of you complainers can not write a good read yourself.
Instead of complaining I suggest you
try freewriting yourself. Use the given prompt and write something decent and way better as we seem to do in the 5 minutes given. With some luck, you learn something from it and improve yourself.
The freewriters provide you with recipes and culture!
My 1st recommendation is written by @iamrainchrystal.
Radish cake is not the only thing you can read about in this freewrite. She added some extra writing time to it which is good for a tasty dish called "Sinigang". If you can spare some minutes you find out what. The prompt used is "radish".
Not every Steemian is a native speakers if it comes to the English language. Idioms, expressions and the art of telling about a personal lifestyle are presented too. No better way of learning about different cultures as reading.
My 2nd recommendation is @myjob.
She is a fisherman and has great stories - and photos - to share.
The prompt "itchy neck" is used.
Besides an itchy neck, she tells you what itchy hands and feet stand for and tales about her life.
Curious what one can write about this prompt? You can read more here.
More in the mood for reading a short story? The freewriters are there for you. Great authors join, make you think and you can finish the story yourself if you like.
My 3rd recommendation is The thief written by @wandrnrose.
She is a great storyteller which you can only find out about if you click the link.
Life, plans and even a robbery do not always work out as you had in mind.
How to finish the job and what to do with the couple you robbed if you are not a murderer? Will an "itchy neck" solve the problem?
How they all get out of this unwanted and unpleasant situation you'll know once you read it.
I have another story for you! It's filled with humor unless you cannot see it. The freewriters are good for a daily smile and make you realize life isn't bad at all.
My 4th recommendation is written by @felt.buzz.
The prompt is the same as the title. Double life, do you have the guts to live one? Maria's husband has and she feels relieved. Finally, she made it, her boring life is over and as her solicitor tells her she can forget about getting any money from him it only gets better.
If you like to join the freewriters see @mariannewest for the daily prompt. ### Hive-161155
