Today is day 45 of my 77 days of push-ups!
Today I will continue to jump, only even higher – just like a frog! And it will be push-ups! Do you want to see?

In the meantime, I would like to tell you what trains in the process of such push-ups with a jump. First, it is coordination and balance. Secondly, of course, all the same muscles that train in usual push-ups. And thirdly, it is an excellent dynamic exercise that will diversify your push-ups.
So be sure to try push-ups with a jump! They're called that, but I call them "frog push-ups."
