Today is day 41 of my 77 days of push-ups!
This is the easiest option plyometric push-ups – you just need to push harder and to fly up. The harder you push, the harder your muscles tense, the higher you fly. But! I do not recommend doing such push-ups to those who have problems with the wrists. So today I will do not all 7 push-ups in this style, but only one or two.
I think, performed by men such push-ups look very impressive.
