
“Kick-push-ups”
Today is day 38 of my 77 days of push-ups!
Today I will continue to do S-push-ups, but more complex, so they are called Kick-push-ups. They're similar to what I did yesterday, but a little different. Kick-push-ups develop coordination, give more load than S-push-ups. Of course, the effect will be stronger!
-Donald, will you try doing more than 4 push-ups today?
-Nooo! I've danced so much today, I can't do more push-ups than usual! Besides, tomorrow Obama and Hillary invited me to football.
-Well, I understand you, you just don't want to strain once again! Then I'll do push-ups!
