Introduction

This week battle mage secret is the Odd One Out ruleset. When I read this line I always think of odd one are out of your deck 🙈. But instead it is meant you only can select unit that have odd mana cost.
Lets have a look at this rules set.

Ruleset

Only units with odd mana costs may be used.

Note: Summoners are not affected by this rule.

Abilities Synergies / Strategies

For this ruleset there are not special benefits or synergies with certain abilities or units.

This are my most played units in this rule set:

For me the most missed units are:

Avoid

Same goes for the avoid, there are no units to avoid just able to select fewer units.

Rounds

Start :

Lets analyze the battle setup. My opponent has select an pretty similar setup lucky I will not be targeting the Venari Marksrat else it would be an instant loss in my opinion. I bring 1 extra unit that will extend the battle just long enough to win I think.

Round 1:

One miss and I land my stun very important.

Round 2:

image.png
Another miss I might have luck on my side this battle.
His Regal Peryton is buffed now with 4 damage doing some serious damage.

Round 3:

image.png
Luck is really on my side in this battle two misses on the Chaos Agent. This is the reason why the Chaos Agent is such a popular unit.

Round 4:

image.png
Now my Regal Peryton and with enough health to take down his Djinn Biljka

Round 5:

Vicotry.

Conclusion

Love the battles with the "new" Martyr ability. Hope splinterlands will design some new cards/rule set or abilities to spice up the game.

The odd ones out rule set is a bit boring to write about sorry for that. Therefor it is an shorter battle challenge this week.

I hope to read some nice other battle reports that would inspire me for next time 🤣
