Grover Washington Jr. - Jazz saxophonist (1943 – 1999)

After a week's work, the smooth jazz of Grover Washington Jr. is a welcome change that puts us in a dreamy quiet atmosphere with a mix of pop-funk blues soul and jazz. As one of the few jazz musicians he could land several real hits in the charts. With "Mister Magic", I start my selection, then follow some concerts, have fun!

Nach einer Arbeitswoche ist der Smooth-Jazz des Grover Washington Jr. eine willkommene Abwechslung, die uns mit einer Mischung aus Pop-Funk-Blues-Soul-Jazz in eine träumerisch ruhige Atmosphäre versetzt. Als einer der wenigen Jazzmusiker konnte er mehrere richtige Hits in den Charts landen. Mit "Mister Magic", beginne ich meine Auswahl, dannach folgen einige Konzerte, viel Freude!
